The UVaClub of Dallas / Fort Worth's signature event is Mr. Jefferson's Birthday Party, an homage to our University's Founder and a celebration for newly admitted students from the area.  The April 12 event drew nearly 100 alumni, parents, and admitted students to Dallas' famous Crescent Hotel Garden Room for hors d'oeuvres and cocktails.  The guests were also treated to a talk from three special guests from the University: Bill Wilson, Director of the Center for Undergraduate Excellence, and Katie Cristol and Connor Sullivan, two undergraduate scholars participating in undergraduate research.  Thanks to Cary and Laurie Turner for making this Dallas tradition possible!
